Jay Mehta is the CIO of Social Cloud and serves as one of the board directors and founding members.
Jay is a passionate technology aficionado whose core belief is that scientific knowledge can break down problems and eradicate the roots of it. Social Cloud has opened pathways for small scale businesses to compete with market dominating firms, and according to Jay “this is the best opportunity to show everyone the extent to which technology can morph lives”.
Jay’s team has an excellent track record of building and strengthening world-class services that meet and exceed the high expectations of Social clouds customers, and offer creators and storytellers the opportunity to bring their creative visions to
people around the world. His organization skills and strategic mind resonate with the vision of Social Cloud. But above all he determination and willpower exceeds all, being a science enthusiast he took all three sciences (chemistry, biology, physics) and Math AA HL in his IBDP and still managed to triumph.
In his school Jay had initiated a club called the podcast club (aakasmik vibes, check it out on Spotify and be sure to follow) so that he could get to know his peers, seniors, and collect information about universities during the constricting quarantine that we faced. Through his podcast he learnt about the difficulties especially faced by small scale firms, and along with Shubh Thorat he helped start Social cloud, so that he could give aid to whoever that needs.
