​Depression is a very serious topic and something I would truly like to eradicate to the best of my abilities, and so I thought of this organisation to help people facing such issues through a multitude of ways and spread as much happiness and positivity as well because who doesn't like being happy.

​I liked the idea about hosting webinars for addicts because in rehab people learn to identify their triggers, as well as cope with them, by being self-aware of how to respond in a healthy manner in situations that trigger them. Painful memories can benefit the individual by becoming an inspiration for creative outlets, and since due to COVID-19 rehab facilitations have had to shut down I think that this idea will provide patients with a healthy medium to rant about issues and talk it out in safe spaces and open dialogues.

This is an amazing initiative according to me because I reckon it is beneficial to step up and spread awareness on addiction, depression and issues like self-harm etc. especially during times like this, where people are isolated and not necessarily able to get the help and support they need from external sources. I believe the idea of the webinar and sessions would be perfect, allowing the people to be able to open up, possibly express themselves and feel a lot more supported in the environment we create for them.
